Katie Pietzak is a Senior Customer Success Manager at prezent.ai. Prior to their current position, Katie was an End to End Coordinator at Better from January 2021 to January 2022. In this role, Katie worked with stakeholders involved in the loan cycle to help customers purchasing a home successfully get approved for a loan. Key responsibilities included communicating with all team members including the Title team, Appraisal Management Company, Real Estate Agents, Collateral team members, and Borrowers in order to ensure that all collateral and financial items are provided and approved to meet the clients’ Close of Escrow date. Katie also communicated with all members of our team and used time management to ensure all parties provide the proper documents for the loan to close in specific amount of time. Additionally, Katie worked with team members on suspended files to ensure they’ve communicated with customers and provided all financial documents needed based on their source of income, and ensure the ratio of their monthly debts vs. monthly income is where it needs to be for the loan to get approved.

Before their role at Better, Katie was an Account Executive at UpKeep from November 2019 to August 2020. In this role, Katie was responsible for managing a book of business, developing new business opportunities, and achieving quotas. Katie also cultivated relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts and served as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

Prior to their time at UpKeep, Katie was an Account Manager at ConSol Partners from July 2017 to November 2019. In this role, Katie managed a portfolio of accounts and developed long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Katie also negotiated contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring that ConSol Partners delivered on its promises.

Katie Pietzak has a Bachelors of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington. Katie is certified from prezent.ai in Foundations of Defining Problems.
