Mitchell Kudler has extensive work experience in various industries including Automotive, Manufacturing, and Semi Conductor. Mitchell has held leadership positions such as Vice President of Fixed Operations at Price Simms Family Dealerships, General Manager at Audi Modesto Findlay Automotive Group, and Director of Operation // GM at Royal Automotive Group Audi, Volvo, Mazda, VW. Throughout their career, Mitchell has demonstrated their ability to optimize workflow efficiency, lead cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and drive revenue and profit growth. Mitchell is also experienced in operational turnarounds, system architecture and integrations, management consultancy, procurement, quality assurance inspections, MSDS regulations, and employee development. Mitchell has a track record of opening new points and facilities, setting up team processes, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and achieving sales objectives.

Mitchell Kudler obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Accounting from the University of Phoenix from 1998 to 2001. Mitchell also attended the California State University-Sacramento from 2005 to 2007 and earned an Advanced Management and Leadership Certificate with a focus on Understanding Leadership and Teamwork. In 2014-2015, Mitchell attended the Nada Academy, where they completed a Dealer Graduate School program specializing in General Dealer Management Leadership to create an award-winning organization. Additionally, Mitchell has an Automotive Technical Degree from the Arizona Automotive Institute, which they obtained in 1984-1985. Mitchell graduated from Terra Nova H.S in 1984. Mitchell has also achieved various certifications including a 4th Dan Taekwondo from Aau Olympic Sparring Coach in 2010 and Padi Scuba Diver Dive Master Certification from PADI in 2001.
