Alexandre Poinso

Alexandre Poinso is a Senior Data Scientist at PriceHubble since April 2022, focusing on Automated Valuation Models encompassing data exploration and model deployment. Prior to this role, Alexandre worked at Kayrros from April 2018 to April 2022, contributing to the R&D team where expertise in satellite imagery and alternative data was applied to estimate pig iron production, identify pipeline hazards, and develop algorithms for cloud detection on multispectral imagery. Alexandre also utilized geolocation data for refining maintenance detection and shale oil well activity monitoring, employing technologies such as Python, ElasticSearch, Docker, Kubernetes, and PySpark. Earlier experience includes an internship at Gemalto, working on M2M security manager software. Alexandre holds an Engineer's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Télécom Paris, as well as a Master 2 in Data Sciences from École Polytechnique, and has a strong foundational education in mathematics and sciences from Lycée Carnot in Dijon.
