Tamsin Hayward

Tamsin Hayward has extensive work experience in the legal field. Tamsin began their career at Allen & Overy as a Lawyer and later joined Amey Ventures Limited as a Lawyer. Tamsin then moved on to Virgin Atlantic where they held various roles, including Head of Legal for Virgin Nigeria and Procurement Contracts Policy & Programme Manager. Tamsin then worked at GE as Counsel EMEA before joining AJW Group as General Counsel. At AJW Group, they advised on various commercial contract transactions and developed anti-bribery policies. Tamsin also worked as a Consultant Lawyer at Keystone Law, providing legal advice and transaction management primarily in aviation. Tamsin later joined easyJet, where they served as Head of Projects & Compliance and Acting Group Head of Legal. Tamsin was responsible for managing the legal function and overseeing the Brexit project. Tamsin also worked as a Consultant (Interim) Senior Counsel at Eurostar before joining Priceline as the VP, Associate General Counsel-International. Additionally, they owned their own legal consultancy, Haywards Law, where they provided legal services to clients.

Tamsin Hayward has a strong educational background with a focus on business and law. Tamsin started their higher education journey in 1991 at the University of Sussex, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics with a specialization in Development Studies. After completing their undergraduate studies in 1994, they enrolled at The College of Law for a Legal Practice Course and Common Professional Examination, completing these programs in 1996.

Following their legal education, Tamsin pursued further studies in business. From 2001 to 2004, they attended Cass Business School, where they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with Distinction. Their MBA specialization was in the field of Strategy, providing their with a strong foundation in business management.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Tamsin Hayward also holds a certification as a Qualified Solicitor, obtained in September 1999 from the Solicitors Regulation Authority. This certification signifies their professional competence in the legal field.
