Paul H is a software developer at PalPilot International Corp. Paul has experience in designing OCR and text recognition programs for IC diagrams. Additionally, Paul deployed a machine learning line detection algorithm that improved text recognition accuracy by 50%. Prior to this, Paul H worked as a Field Application Engineer at Tamkang University where Paul conducted research on designing fuzzy behavior decision systems for soccer robots and improving goal rates. Paul holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University, and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Robotics Engineering and Electrical and Computer Engineering respectively from Tamkang University.
