Ahmed al Sarraj

Ahmed Al Sarraj is an experienced professional in quality assurance and management, currently working as a Call Agent at Pride Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ahmed served as a Quality Engineer at RC Office from June 2017 to October 2022, where responsibilities included training managers and workers to achieve global quality certification. Ahmed's expertise also includes extensive experience as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer at AlRefada Factory, Taj Group Factory, and AlHabbal Factory, all based in Hama, Syria.
