Ramadas Mannattil

Ramadas Mannattil has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Ramadas is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Pride Group Dubai, where they provide technical leadership, develops objectives and strategies for technology implementation, and ensures the enforcement of technology standards across the organization. Prior to this, they worked at Ramco Systems as a Project Manager & Principal Functional Consultant, where they were involved in the implementation and support of regulatory reporting applications for major banks. Ramadas has also held positions at Polaris Financial Technology Limited, Polaris Software Lab Pty Ltd in Sydney, Australia, Dowell Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Citi, Hoshan Pan Gulf, WAPCOS Limited official, Income Tax Department (Govt of India), and Dowell Consultants, gaining experience in various roles such as Senior Project Manager, Senior Consultant, Analyst Programmer, Systems Officer, and Programmer.

Ramadas Mannattil began their education in 1975 at Madras Christian College Higher Secondary School, where they completed their secondary and higher secondary schooling until 1981. During this time, they did not specify a specific field of study. In 1981, they moved on to Madras Christian College and attended until 1984, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Physics. Concurrently, they also studied at the University of Madras from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics. After a significant gap, Ramadas pursued further education in 2011 at ITM Group of Institutions, completing an MBA degree in Finance and Financial Management Services between 2011 and 2013.

Additionally, Ramadas Mannattil has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they received the DevOps Certified Manager certification from scmGalaxy. In 2013, they earned the ITIL V3 Foundation certification from EXIN. In the same year, they also obtained the PMP Internal Certification of Polaris from Nalanda Corporate University, Polaris Financial Technology Ltd. In 2011, Ramadas completed the Summit Leadership for Managers certification from Nalanda Corporate University, Polaris Financial Technology Ltd.
