Adrienne Lawson is currently the Senior Director for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at PRIDE Industries, Inc. Adrienne has over 10 years of experience in the field of education and has worked as an educational consultant and adjunct faculty member at Argosy University and UC Davis Health.

Lawson is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and has dedicated their career to promoting equity and inclusion in all aspects of organizational life. Adrienne has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with leading organizational change initiatives and is committed to helping organizations create cultures of inclusion where everyone can thrive.

Adrienne Lawson reports to Jeff Dern, President & CEO. Adrienne Lawson works with Michele Bennyhoff - Director, The Michael Ziegler PRIDE Industries Foundation, Andrea Rogozinski - Director, Workforce Inclusion Legislative Affairs & Program Development, and Casey Blake - Chief Operating Officer.
