Prior experience includes over two decades at Partnerships With Industry, where David held various positions, including Program Director and Vice President, Programs & Services, dedicated to enhancing the employment potential of adults with developmental disabilities. Early career experience includes a role as a fitter at Jackson Marketing Group. David earned an Associate's degree from Southwestern College and a General Education Diploma from Sweetwater High School.
