Alok Yadav

Alok Yadav has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alok started their career at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as an Assistant Systems Engineer and later as a System Engineer. During this time, they built and managed teams, implemented knowledge transfer, and provided support for IT systems in the retail industry.

Alok then joined BT as part of their MBA project, where they made research-based recommendations to improve capacity planning and optimize scheduling, resulting in improved on-time performance.

After that, Alok worked at Faccenda Foods Ltd as a Data Analyst, where they analyzed energy invoices and tax calculations, identifying errors and helping the organization recover over £30,000 of overpaid tax.

Their next role was at Elephant Insurance, where they served as an Interim Pricing Director for a short period.

Alok then joined Admiral Group Plc, where they held multiple positions, including International Pricing Manager and Deputy Head of International Pricing. In these roles, they led pricing teams, developed pricing and analytics strategies for international operations, and embraced advanced analytics and artificial intelligence techniques.

Currently, they are the Head of Pricing and Underwriting at Prima Insurance UK, where they oversee the pricing and underwriting functions.

Alok Yadav received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Warwick in 2014, specializing in general management with a focus on operations. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Science at the Institute of Technology and Management Gurgaon from 2005 to 2009.
