Fabrizio Cau

Fabrizio Cau is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Prima Industrie S.p.A. since May 2021, Fabrizio is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the organization’s business objectives. Prior to this role, Fabrizio held leadership positions at Dana Incorporated and Dana Holding Corporation, managing HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites and focusing on talent management and industrial relations. Fabrizio also served in various HR capacities at CNH Industrial, where responsibilities included overseeing training, recruitment, and organizational development for the EMEA region.
