Neal Shulman

Neal Shulman is an accomplished entrepreneur and consultant with a strong background in product development and marketing. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Allways since August 2022, Neal leads a company focused on environmentally-friendly beverage solutions. In addition, Neal provides eCommerce consulting for Prima, a company founded by Christopher Gavigan, and was previously the Founder and CEO of Brewsy, which was acquired in February 2024 after achieving significant growth. Neal's advisory roles include positions on the advisory boards of The Safety Pouch and ceres plant protein cereal, as well as volunteering as a business mentor for The Idea Village. Previous experience includes a prominent position at Dr. Frederick's Original, where Neal developed over $8 million in product sales, and engineering roles at Arizona State University and IM Flash, focusing on nanomaterials and semiconductor manufacturing. Neal holds a degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Arizona State University.
