Kelsey Johnson

Kelsey Johnson currently serves as VP and Head of the Financial Services Industry Practice at Primacy, focusing on strategic planning and digital engagement for banking, insurance, and wealth management brands since May 2024. Prior to this role, Kelsey held the position of VP, Account Director at McCann New York, leading the Verizon consumer wireless account and managing significant agency budgets from March 2022 to March 2024. Kelsey also served as Account Director at The Martin Agency, overseeing key accounts for Fortune 100 clients and successfully pitching Buffalo Wild Wings. Earlier career experience includes roles at Jackson Marketing, Motorsports & Events, where Kelsey specialized in digital strategies, and Jackson Marketing Group, starting as an Office Coordinator. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology: Human Services from Liberty University in 2011.
