Brendon Kensel has held various roles in the technology and healthcare services sectors over the past two decades. Brendon began their career in 1999 as the Co-founder, President & CEO of Salesmation, a rich media online advertising startup. In 18 months, they grew the company to an annual revenue of $5 million and successfully sold the business to eSynergies. At eSynergies, they served as the Executive Vice President & Division President of the customer relationship management (CRM) business unit, where they were responsible for corporate development and drove key acquisitions. In 2001, they also founded Kensel & Co., an advisory firm that partners with high-growth companies and private equity firms.
In 2009, they co-founded Elite Smiles, a multi-office medical service organization (MSO) that operated orthodontic offices in Southern California. In 2011, they co-founded JockTalk, a first-of-its-kind social media platform for professional athletes and fans. In 2013, they became the President of MediaShift, a next-generation digital ad tech company. In 2016, they began advising Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics, a leading Northern California dental service organization (DSO). Finally, in 2014, they founded PrimaHealth Credit, a fintech company building the future of patient finance.
Brendon Kensel received their M.B.A. from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School between 1998 and 2000. Brendon then went on to receive their B.S. from Central Washington University between 1988 and 1992. In 2000, they obtained a Certificate in Global Enterprise Management from the University of Oxford and a Certificate in Business in the European Union from the University of Antwerp. In 2016, they received a Certificate in Leader Development from the U.S. Army War College.
