Lindsay Forrest

Lindsay Forrest has extensive work experience in corporate governance and secretariat roles. Lindsay is currently serving as the Director of Governance & Corporate Secretariat at Primaris REIT since October 2023. Prior to that, Lindsay worked as the Corporate Secretary at TAAL Distributed Information Technologies from March 2021 to August 2023. Lindsay also held the role of Corporate Secretary at Park Lawn Corporation from September 2019 to March 2021, and at Exchange Bank of Canada/Currency Exchange International from May 2018 to September 2019. Before transitioning to corporate governance roles, Lindsay worked as a Corporate Governance Law Clerk and Executive Assistant at President's Choice Financial from February 2016 to May 2018 and from March 2015 to February 2016, respectively. Lindsay also has experience in senior managerial and law clerk roles at Scotiabank, Aird & Berlis LLP, Thorsteinssons, Heenan Blaikie LLP, and Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP throughout the years.
