Emma Rhodes

Emma Rhodes, MBA, is currently serving as a People and Culture Business Partner at Primark since June 2022, having previously held the titles of People and Culture Supervisor and People and Culture Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining Primark, Emma worked at Target as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources. Emma holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree from Mercer University, where studies were completed between September 2011 and May 2015.
