Joanna Davis

Joanna Davis is an accomplished Payroll Manager with extensive experience in payroll compliance and governance. Currently employed at Primark since June 2014, Joanna has held various roles including Payroll Manager for Global Process Compliance & Governance and Interim Payroll Manager for the UK. Prior experience includes serving as a Payroll Specialist at Bank of America and Group Payroll Supervisor at First Wessex, where Joanna was promoted internally. Earlier in the career, Joanna worked as an HR and Payroll Administrator at Hempsons and as a Pension Payroll Administrator at Mercer. Joanna holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, completed in July 2004, and attended Yateley School from 1994 to 2001.
