Devon Phillips

Devon Phillips is the Director of Provider Operations at Primary.Health, focusing on championing health equity and improving access for marginalized and rural communities. Previously, as a Senior Program Manager, Devon oversaw software implementation for the California Department of Public Health. Devon also served as a Technical Account Manager, a Testing Operations Manager at Kameo, an Emergency Medical Technician at TX Elite Medical, an Implementation Manager at ScribeAmerica, and a Microbiology TA at Tarrant County College. Educationally, Devon has a Certificate in Cybersecurity from Caltech, a Bachelor of Science in Business - Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, and attended Tarrant County College and Pacific Ridge School.
