Angela Maria Carmen Allard, MPH, is an experienced professional in public health and program evaluation, currently serving as Evaluation & Analytics Manager at the Primary Care Development Corporation since February 2019. Prior to this role, Allard held the position of Program Evaluation Analyst and served as Programs Assistant to the Chief Quality and Social Impact Program Officer at URBAN HEALTH PLAN, INC. from July 2017 to February 2019.
