Tray Cockerell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Patient Care Intervention Center since January 2023, Tray focuses on technology and data analytics solutions aimed at social determinants of health. Tray founded High Potential Consulting, LLC in September 2022, leading strategic initiatives for Fortune 50 companies. Previously, Tray held multiple leadership roles at Humana from 2010 to 2022, including President and CEO and Strategic Relationship Executive, where Tray advanced academic partnerships and integrated health solutions. Tray's career began at Colgate Palmolive and Hill's Pet Nutrition, with a strong educational background featuring multiple degrees in English from Tulane University and The University of Kansas.
