Rebecca Price

As someone who graduated with a degree in Psychology from Penn and went on to earn her Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia, Rebecca has spent both her academic and professional career focused on bringing the best out of people and building strong teams.

Having cut her teeth in HR at Johnson & Johnson’s esteemed rotational Leadership Development program, Rebecca was embedded with teams across different cultures and geographies, learned how to build meaningful relationships quickly, and was able to make a lasting impact. Over the past seven years, she has applied those skills to operate as the first Head of People at startups Sailthru - where she met go-to-market Operating Partner Cassie Young - and Enigma Technologies, Inc where she was the Chief People Officer.

With her extensive experience building and working with diverse teams across many different industries, and her exposure to a variety of company cultures and leadership styles, we have no doubt Rebecca will be of the utmost value to our founders in informing deliberate, scalable HR and People foundations catered for individual companies that are low in complexity and process, but high in impact and value.
