Jon Pontius

Jon Pontius is an experienced program manager currently leading a team at PrimCorp, LLC to support the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency in indirect cost modeling for major force structure changes. With a strong background in analytics, Pontius previously served as a Predictive Readiness Analyst at PrimCorp, where analytic support was provided to link training readiness with congressional funding requests. Prior consultant experience includes reviewing leadership certification course materials at Georgetown University and a distinguished 24-year career as an ORSA in the US Army. Jon Pontius holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
