Derek Marane

Director, Customer Experience at Prime Care Technologies

Derek Marane has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Derek started their career at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where they held various positions including Forms Programmer, Service Request Team Mentor, Supervisor of Rates & Residuals, and Senior Calculations Programmer. In 2010, they joined Tyler Technologies as an Account Manager and later took on roles as Tech Services Team Lead, Data Services Manager, and Report Development Manager. From 2019 to 2021, Derek worked at Horizon Software International, LLC as a Supervisor of Professional Services and eventually as Manager of Professional Services. Currently, they are employed at Prime Care Technologies, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, and recently assumed the role of Manager of Customer Success.

Derek Marane attended Computer Learning Centers, LLC from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a diploma with Summa Cum Laude honors in Client Server Programming.
