Shrikant Khair

Shrikant Khair has a diverse work experience in human resources, compensation and benefits, payroll, and finance. Shrikant started their career at Wipro BPO as an Executive in Finance in 2005 and later moved to Ernst & Young as an Executive in Payroll. In 2006, they joined Reliance MediaWorks Ltd. as a Senior Manager in Compensation & Benefits, where they worked until 2012. Since then, they have been working at Prime Focus as the Head of HR Operations.

Shrikant Khair completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1999-2000, they attended Bharati Vidyapeeth and completed their HSC. From 2001 to 2004, they studied at Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University and obtained a B Com degree as well as an MBA. In 2010, they pursued an MBA in Finance from the same university. In 2011, they attended Dr Ambedkar College of Law and completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
