Sharon Cato is a seasoned professional in the field of scientific strategy and medical communications, currently serving as the Director, Scientific Strategy at Prime Global since September 2021. Previously, Cato held positions including Senior Portfolio Lead at ApotheCom from October 2020 to July 2021, and Portfolio Director & Team Lead at Envision Pharma Group from January to September 2020. With significant experience at Caudex as Scientific Director and at ROCK Unlimited as Associate Scientific Director, Cato has also worked as a Principal Medical Writer at Discovery London. Earlier roles include Senior Medical Writer at Touch Medical Communications and Senior Editor/Project Manager at Phase IV Communications. Cato holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Chemistry from Loughborough University and is recognized as an ISMPP Certified Medical Publication Professional™.
