John Hearns

John Hearns is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Asset Director - Full Service at Prime Group US since September 2025. Previously, John held various managerial roles, including General Manager and Complex Director of Operations at Davidson Hospitality Group from February 2022 to September 2025. John has also served as Managing Director/General Manager at Taverna Kapalua and worked with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as Assistant Rooms Executive and Operations Excellence Manager. Additionally, experience includes roles at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Kingsley Management LLC, particularly in operations and management. John began a career in education as a Math Teacher at St. Paul VI Catholic High School. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Auburn University in 2012, following a high school diploma from St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
