Lauren Hartle

Associate at Prime Impact Fund

Lauren Hartle is an Associate at Prime Impact Fund, with responsibility to source investment opportunities broadly, manage the Fund’s investment pipeline, and support investment diligence. Lauren joined Prime Impact Fund from a postdoctoral scholar role at Tufts University where she focused on novel inorganic absorber layers for photovoltaic cells. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked in R&D at AlphaVax, a vaccine development start-up. Lauren holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as well as a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Harvard, where she developed the Energy 101 short course and led the Energy Journal Club.
