Jonathan Levy

Principal Scientist, Platform Delivery Innovation at Prime Medicine

Jonathan Levy has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research and innovation. Jonathan is currently working at Prime Medicine, Inc. since 2020, where they hold the position of Principal Scientist, Platform Delivery Innovation. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Scientist at the same company from 2020 to 2023.

Before joining Prime Medicine, Jonathan was a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they were part of David Liu's group and worked on projects related to AAV production and in vivo delivery, as well as protein engineering. Their main project involved the development of a split-intein dual-AAV base editor delivery system. Their work in this area was published in a scientific journal.

Prior to their role at The Broad Institute, Jonathan was a Graduate Student at UCSF from 2007 to 2015, where they pursued their studies in an undisclosed field. Jonathan also worked as a Lab Technician at Stanford University from 2006 to 2007.
