Upasana Sunil Arvindam has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Upasana is currently employed as a Scientist at Prime Medicine, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Researcher PHD Student at the Masonic Cancer Center, University of Minnesota from 2017 to 2022. Upasana also gained experience as a Clinical Research Intern at Regions Hospital from 2014 to 2015.

Upasana Sunil Arvindam completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cancer Immunology from the University of Minnesota between 2016 and 2022. Before that, they obtained their Master's degree in Translational Medical Research from Heidelberg University in 2015-2016. Prior to their master's degree, Upasana graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Minnesota, where the exact years of study were between 2010 and 2014.
