Alina Yukhtman

Alina Yukhtman is an experienced real estate professional and project manager with a diverse background in facility management and property oversight. As the Founder and Broker at Golden One Realty since March 2024, Alina has leveraged expertise gained as an Associate Broker at Prime Realty in New York City since January 2008. Previous roles include Project Manager for the MTA East Side Access Project, where Alina managed facility planning and budget initiatives for an $8.4 billion project, and Project Management at the New York City School Construction Authority, focusing on construction project management. Alina's experience also encompasses property management at Stoneybrook Realty and facility management at NYT, where Alina oversaw a $2 billion budget for 500,000 square feet of operational facilities. Alina holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from St. John's University.
