Betty H. is an experienced professional in talent development and performance improvement, currently serving as Principal of Talent Development at Prime Therapeutics since November 2017. In this role, Betty creates leadership development strategies and learning initiatives to foster culture and engagement among leaders. Previously, Betty held the position of Training & Education Leader for the Americas at Tennant Company, where leadership of a team addressing diverse learning needs earned recognition for delivering best-in-class sales training. Betty also served as President of Tower Group Ltd, specializing in organizational performance improvement consulting. Betty holds a B.S. in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and completed an Executive Development Program at Loyola University Chicago.
