Cassondra Gallegos

Cassondra Gallegos is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in compliance and audit roles across prominent healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance and Medi-Cal Rx Compliance Officer at Magellan Rx/Prime Therapeutics since June 2021, Cassondra previously held multiple leadership positions at OptumRx, UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included conducting root cause analysis for audits and implementing process improvements using Six Sigma methodology. From December 2002 to March 2014, Cassondra was a Senior Compliance Analyst at Kaiser Permanente, where significant contributions included developing SOX control monitoring programs and leading HIPAA audit preparedness.
