Cynthia Garcia

Cynthia Garcia, MBA, CHC, currently serves as Compliance Manager for Medi-Cal Rx Audit and Monitoring at Prime Therapeutics since March 2023. Prior to this role, Cynthia held the position of Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance at CalOptima from November 2022 to March 2023. Between February 2022 and November 2022, Cynthia was Compliance Manager at Magellan Rx Management. Cynthia's experience at Blue Shield of California spanned from June 2011 to December 2020, where Cynthia worked as a Lead Consultant Business Analyst and Senior Medicare Compliance Analyst. Cynthia began her career at Health Net as a Contract Analyst from April 2007 to June 2011. Cynthia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California Lutheran University and graduated from Adolfo Camarillo High School in 1992.
