Aida Soto

Aida Soto is a Senior Implementation Consultant at PrimeGov. Aida has over eight years of experience in human capital management, project management, and business development.

Aida started their career as an intern with the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs. Aida then interned with Make-A-Wish America in the Prospect Research & Donor Relations department before joining Silverberg & Associates, Inc. as a Political Consulting Intern.

In 2013, Aida joined Westmark Wealth Management as Practice Manager. Aida was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities.

Aida left Westmark in 2016 to pursue their MBA at Thunderbird School of Global Management. While at Thunderbird, they served as a Research Assistant and completed an internship with UPS in the Business Development Operations department.

After graduating from Thunderbird in 2017, Aida joined ADP as an Human Capital Management (HCM) Implementation Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for leading ADP clients through the implementation process of ADP's HCM solutions.

Aida left ADP in 2020 to join PrimeGov as a Senior Implementation Consultant. In their current role, they are responsible for providing consulting and implementation services to PrimeGov clients in the areas of human resources, benefits, and payroll.

Aida Soto has a M.S. in Global Management and a B.A. in Justice Studies from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Aida also has a minor in Political Science from Arizona State University. Aida has an International Business Certificate from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

They are on a team with Tyler Swanson - Implementation Analyst, Trevor Bennett - Implementation Analyst. Their manager is Charlotte Burce, Implementation Project Manager.
