Mike Barbary

Mike Barbary is a technology executive and commercial attorney currently serving as General Counsel at PrimePay since June 2023. With expertise in SaaS transactions and licensing within professional industries such as banking, legal, HCM, and accounting, Barbary has a strong background in negotiating deals and managing risk. Prior to joining PrimePay, Barbary held roles as Vice President of Sales & Legal Operations at Cleareye.ai and SVP Global Strategy and General Counsel at TradeSun®, Inc., where responsibilities included contract advising and compliance strategy. Barbary's career also includes experience as Associate General Counsel at AbacusNext and work in civil litigation and corporate law at Teeple Hall, LLP. Educational qualifications consist of a Juris Doctorate in Business Law from California Western School of Law, an International Security and Conflict Resolution degree from East China Normal University, and a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University.
