Stephen Feldman

Stephen Feldman is the Chief Compliance Officer at PrimePay and has been with the company since 2022.

Stephen is responsible for regulatory oversight for PrimePay. He is accountable for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws at both the federal and state levels, as well as ensuring best practices are being utilized for PrimePay’s clients. Stephen’s subject matter expertise includes compliance policies and procedures, performing risk assessments, operational due diligences, and compliance systems and designs. He has extensive experience as well with audits, structuring teams, and compliance trainings.

Stephen is a seasoned compliance professional with numerous accomplishments to date, proven leadership, and a successful track record of over 20 years in financial compliance and operations. Preceding PrimePay, he was Managing Director of Compliance for 6 years at one of the largest Private Equity Fund Administrators. Stephen was also employed at a major global financial institution for 15 years in various positions focusing on compliance, anti-money laundering, and financial operations.

Stephen is a graduate of the City University of New York (CUNY) system majoring in Finance, Accounting, and Marketing.
