Yong Sinn

Yong Sinn is a Senior Product Manager at Primer.ai since January 2023, with extensive experience in product management and program oversight across various governmental organizations. Prior to this role, Yong Sinn served in multiple capacities at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) from March 2019 to January 2023, including Product Manager and Executive Officer to the Principal Deputy Director. Responsibilities included customer engagement, team training, and software design for analytic systems, as well as leading teams in developing Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) systems and intelligence tools. Previous positions include program management roles in satellite communications and ground asset integration at the NRO, and engineering roles at Air Force Space Command. Yong Sinn earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
