Rob Deming

Rob Deming, PE, LEED Green Associate has a strong background in civil engineering and transportation. Rob started their career at Ciorba Group, Inc. in 1997 as a Senior Project Engineer, where they designed roadway and site development projects, wrote specifications and special provisions, and performed construction administration duties. Rob also ran the survey department and conducted topographic surveys. In 2002, Rob joined CivilTech Engineering, Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer, where they continued their work on roadway and site development projects, as well as construction inspection and administration. Since 2010, Rob has been with Primera Engineers, working as the Vice President & Transportation/Civil Group Manager. In this role, they manage the transportation and civil engineering groups, designs roadway and civil engineering projects, and handles tasks such as creating specifications, assembling special provision books, and estimating costs and time.

Rob Deming, PE, LEED Green Associate completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science from Aurora University in 1994. Rob further pursued their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, completing their degree in 1996.
