Jennifer Omonkhua's work experience includes being the Head Client Care and Engagement at Primera MFB since May 2022, where they build relationships with clients, addresses customer issues, and ensures customer satisfaction. From January 2017 to May 2022, they worked as the Team Lead Contact Center Operation at Access Bank Plc, where they prepared call center performance reports, handled escalated issue resolution, and established daily team goals.
