Adriane Woodfork-Bivins

Adriane Woodfork-Bivins is an experienced senior leader in talent acquisition, management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), currently serving as Senior Vice President at Primerica since December 2005. In this role, Adriane leads teams focused on Talent Acquisition, High Potential Programs, Learning & Development, and DEI initiatives. Previously, Adriane held positions including Vice President responsible for Talent Acquisition and Payroll and Director of Recruiting, where responsibilities included strategic management of recruitment processes and compliance. Prior to Primerica, Adriane worked as Regional Staffing Manager and Human Resource Manager at Macy's, where corporate staffing strategies were developed to support sales goals across multiple stores. Adriane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Syracuse University's Maxwell School.
