Anne Melaragni

Anne Melaragni, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Primo Water Corporation since August 2020. Previously, Anne held the position of Chief People Officer at CARE and briefly served as Head of Human Resources at Norfolk Southern Corporation. Anne's extensive career at UPS from January 2003 to June 2019 encompassed various roles, including HR Executive and Head of Global Total Rewards, where responsibilities involved strategic organizational transformation and HR strategy implementation across multiple international markets. Prior experiences include Vice President of Human Resources at SiteStuff, Inc., and Division Director at Robert Half. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University, earned in 1998.
