Jason Beresik

Jason Beresik, MBA has extensive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. Jason is currently working as the Director of Strategic Sourcing - Procurement at Primo Water Corporation.

Prior to this, Jason held various roles in different companies. At Welbilt Inc., they were the Director of Category Management / Senior Category Manager, where they built a strategic sourcing center of excellence and oversaw senior category managers covering a significant amount of spend across multiple categories and manufacturing sites. Jason also played a key role in guiding business decisions, mitigating production line shortages, and driving cost reduction projects.

At TechnipFMC, Jason worked as the Manager of Global Sourcing & Procurement / Manager of Delivery / Category Lead. Jason managed a large indirect IT sourcing and procurement spend, driving substantial savings and implementing efficient source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes. Jason also oversaw the thermal insulation sourcing and procurement team, handling a significant amount of spend on materials and services.

Before that, Jason worked as a Consultant LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt & Business Development at Columbus Creative Design, CCD. Jason also served as the Director of Supply Chain / Manager of Materials at Kingspan Insulated Panels LLC, where they successfully directed the supply chain and achieved cost savings through strategic negotiations.

Earlier in their career, Jason worked at Hartzell Propeller as the Director of Supply Chain & Purchasing / Senior Product Engineer. Jason played a crucial role in transforming the supply chain from tactical to strategic, achieving significant savings in raw material inventory and improving supplier performance.

Jason Beresik has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management, Innovation, and Change from Wright State University. Jason also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College. In addition, they have obtained certifications including Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from ISSSC (The International Society for Six Sigma Certifications, Inc).
