Kristin Goran

Kristin Goran is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Primrose Schools since April 2018. Before this role, Kristin held various positions at FOCUS Brands from March 2012 to April 2018, including Vice President, Legal, and Counsel. Kristin began the legal career as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP from August 2006 to March 2012, following a position as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Orinda Evans at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia from August 2005 to August 2006. Kristin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering, along with a minor in Spanish, from Vanderbilt University.
