Saurabh Mitra has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Saurabh began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Acro Service Corp in December 2017, where they successfully built a talent pool for various industries and utilized different platforms for sourcing candidates. Saurabh also negotiated compensation packages and used different applicant tracking systems for organizing data. In February 2021, they joined ACS Solutions as an Associate Recruitment, providing IT consulting and workforce management solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. In September 2021, they moved to US Tech Solutions as a Senior Recruiter, where they provided talent on-demand and total workforce solutions. Currently, they are working as a Sr. IT Recruiter (HR) at Primus Software Corporation, based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, specializing in software development, consulting services, and mobile and web applications.

Saurabh Mitra pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from High Rank Business School, Gautam Buddh Nagar. This educational journey took place from 2015 to 2017.
