Konstantina Chatziargyriou has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Konstantina started their career at the Hellenic Statistical Authority as a Social Researcher from September 2011 to January 2012. Following this, they worked at the Social Mission Surgery, Athens Medical Association as an Administrative support, specializing in computerizing from February 2012 to February 2013. In February 2013, they joined North London Hospice as an Education Administrator until July 2014. From July 2013 to July 2014, they also held the position of Day Hospice Administrator at Princess Alice Hospice. Konstantina then progressed within Princess Alice Hospice, taking on roles such as Clinical Administrator- Ward from July 2014 to March 2016, Clinical Administration Coordinator from March 2016 to January 2017, and Clinical Administration Manager from January 2017 to August 2017. Konstantina subsequently became the Head of Quality Improvement from July 2020 to March 2023 before assuming their current role as Head of Service Design & Continuous Improvement.
Konstantina Chatziargyriou pursued their education in a sequential manner, starting with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social & Educational Policy from the University of Peloponnese, which they completed from 2005 to 2010. Konstantina then furthered their studies by completing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Health Policy & Institutions from the same university from 2011 to 2013.
In 2017 and 2018, they attended King's College London, where they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate (PG Certificate) in Palliative Care, Policy & Rehabilitation. Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, they attended UCL and completed a Postgraduate Medical Education (PGME) program, focusing on Quality Improvement in Health Care.
