Joy M. Kiser is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community resources, writing, and library sciences. Currently serving as the Health Care & Behavioral Health Programs Community Resource Specialist at United Way of Greater Cleveland since February 2016, Kiser also works as an author for Princeton Architectural Press. Previous roles include librarian positions at Brown Mackie College and the National Endowment for the Arts, as well as research and writing positions at various federal agencies, including the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Kiser holds a Master of Library Science degree from Kent State University, a Master's Degree in Art History from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Akron.
