Dr Gifford Rhamie (PhD, FAETC)

Dr. Gifford Rhamie (PhD, FAETC) is an esteemed keynote public speaker and leadership consultant with over two decades of experience at Rockstone Consultancy, where the focus is on leadership, inclusion, and mobilizing diverse community narratives. In addition to serving as CEO, Dr. Rhamie has worked with a wide range of prominent organizations including Deloitte, the NHS, and Oxford University, providing tailored solutions for anti-racism and organizational change. Currently, Dr. Rhamie is the Executive Director at Race Excellence and a PhD supervisor at both Canterbury Christ Church University and Anglia Ruskin University. With a strong background in biblical studies and cultural theory, Dr. Rhamie’s research centers on interrogating Eurocentrism and fostering inclusive education, demonstrated through previous roles as Honorary Fellow at The Queen's Foundation and Senior Lecturer at Newbold College of Higher Education.
