Capris Olson

Capris Olson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global inclusion, life underwriting, and marketing. Currently serving as a Global Inclusion Consultant at Principal Financial Group since June 2017, previous roles include Manager and Assistant Manager of Life Underwriting, as well as participation in the Leadership Development Program. Capris has also contributed as a Product Development Marketing Intern at Principal Financial Group, a Marketing Intern at Bankers Trust, and a Marketing Research Intern at Colliers International, among other positions. Capris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing from Drake University.
