Natalie Hall

Natalie Hall currently serves as the Leadership Development Program Manager at Australia Post since August 2025. Previously, Natalie held several positions at BP from January 2017 to August 2025, including Senior Advisor for Leadership and Culture (Global) and OD Manager for Talent, Capability and Leadership (AsPac). Prior experience includes a role as Leadership Development Specialist at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd from February 2016 to January 2017 and various positions at Coles from June 2011 to October 2015, culminating as Leadership Development Manager. Additionally, Natalie worked at MLC Limited (formerly Aviva Australia) from July 2006 to June 2010 as Learning and Organisational Development Manager and Senior Learning and Organisational Development Consultant. Natalie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Tasmania.
