Jae Shin

Jae Shin is an experienced marketing and customer service professional with a strong background in digital marketing and customer support. Currently serving as the Customer Merchandise Manager at Printfection since June 2021, Jae previously held roles at HubSpot as a Senior Customer Support Specialist and Customer Support Specialist. Additional experience includes serving as a Digital Marketing Specialist at IvyMedia Corporation, where responsibilities included social media marketing and campaign development. Jae also has graphic design experience from freelance work with Day One at Babson College and has completed internships at Warner Music Group and The Orchard, gaining insights into digital accounts and video services.
